AI-supported features

PitchArc may use AI to help users improve profiles, research permitted public sources, identify possible matches, summarize information and draft editorial content. AI does not make final funding, acceptance, outreach or moderation decisions.

Research provenance

The research workflow accepts permitted public HTTPS sources, retains citations, normalizes and deduplicates records, and must not be configured to bypass restricted sites. Private platform information must not be exposed in public outputs. Outreach remains a draft until the Super Admin explicitly approves it.

Automated publishing

The weekly workflow can research configured sources, draft, quality-check and publish without preapproval. Each run uses an idempotency key, retains provenance, logs failures and remains subject to post-publication editing, unpublishing or deletion by the Super Admin.

Cookies and measurement

Essential storage supports authentication, security and preferences. PitchArc also records limited first-party page, blog, share, contact and sales events with source and campaign context; it does not install third-party advertising trackers. A jurisdiction-specific consent assessment and cookie inventory remain subject to legal review.

Your choices

Editorial email is off by default and can be disabled from the portal or any blog email. A full vendor list, retention schedule and cookie table require final vendor selection and legal review.
